Tidalys strives to provide as accurate information as possible on the website Nevertheless, Tidalys shall not be held responsible for any omissions, inaccuracies or deficiencies, whether of its own doing or of that of partner third parties providing the information concerned.
All the information provided on the website is of pure indicative nature and is subject to change. Furthermore, the information provided on the website is not exhaustive. It is subject to any amendments that may have been introduced since its publication.

Contractual restrictions on technical data

The website cannot be held responsible for any material damages related to the use of the website. Furthermore, the user agrees to access the website using recent equipment, containing no viruses with an up-to-date latest generation internet browser.

Tidalys cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages caused to the user’s equipment when accessing Tidalys's website, and resulting either from the use of equipment that does not meet the specifications indicated in previous paragraph 'Contractual restrictions on technical data', or from the appearance of a bug or incompatibility.

Personal data management

In France, personal data is protected in particular by French law n° 78-87 of 6 January 1978, French law n° 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, article L. 226-13 of the Penal Code and the European Directive of 24 October 1995.

In all cases, Tidalys shall only collect users’ personal information for the requirements of certain services offered by the website The user knowingly provides this information, in particular when he/she enters it him/herself. The website contains a certain number of hypertext links to external sites. Tidalys is unable to verify the content of the sites visited, and therefore cannot accept any responsibility for such content.
